My dog ate grass but didnt throw up?

i wrote a question about it early that she had an upset tummy this morning she ate some grass but she hasn't thrown up yet she was wining a little a while ago so i thought she had to pee she did a little bit and when i brought her back in she was smelling around the area where i usually put down her food i think she ate the leftovers that were around that area i'm thinking she might be ready to eat do dogs usually puke when they eat grass and have an upset tummy or does it also settle their stomach like pep-to bismol btw my dog wasn't throwing up or didn't have diarrhea she just wasn't eating her food
