Comfortable shoes for dirty, smelly job?

I work with dogs on daily basis and I continually go through shoes left and right, mainly because I walk so much I need them to be comfortable, and since I work with dogs they get stinky very quickly...i need a good, comfortable, active, stank free shoe....any ideas?!
