I have a cousin born on the 31st december 1999?
Can she boast about the 90s? although she didn't experience JACK! she was still BORN in the 90s so surely she can boast right? i mean a person born in the stinking 21st century cannot boast as they were not BORN in the 90s but 1999 is STIILL part of the 90s so surely she can boast?
