Try a grainy scrub first, to get as much of the dye out as possible. If you still see traces, nail polish remover should do the trick. Be careful not to let it sit on your skin too long, and rinse well, because it will irritate your skin. If you're going to paint your face in the future, it's a good idea to apply a healthy coat of moisturizer first. The paint won't be as stable, so you'll have to be careful not to smear it, but it also won't sink in so deep, and will be a LOT easier to remove.
