Debate, pacquiao and mayweather can fight who ever they want because their legacies are already cemented?

People are going to say whatever suits them at the time...Which proves one thing to me.They don't always know what they're talking about...Regardless of how we feel Mayweather and Pacquiao will do whatever they want.I wont pretend to understand any of it.
