My boyfriend has Mano could someone give me info on it?

has anyone else had mano? He just told me he had it yesterday but i haven't seen him in a few weeks so i dont think i have it? anyways, how long does it usually take until your like healthy again? how long is it going to be before i kiss him again? do you really have mano for life? What other stuff should i know?
