Some girls just throw around "I would tap that" or "this is my wife" with their girl friends. I wouldn't jump to conclusions. If she talks so much about this guy, she doesn't like you. I would expect it to be a joke. Usually, if a girl likes someone (girl or not), they wouldn't be talking about another person in front of them.
