Do you hope that Pep Guardiola stay forever in Barcelona?

There's little chance he'll stay. It won't be good for football if he stays and Barca continue their dominance either. I feel Barca are at their peak now and other clubs will catch up in the next few years (Manchester United massively overachieved this season, they were expecting second at best as they're currently in a state of transition). Also I expect Pep will leave in the next couple of years. It will be either him or Mourinho that takes over from Sir Alex Ferguson when he retires as Manchester United manager.
