How to get my Step brother to stop making fun of me?!?! Please help!?

He is very psychopathic. Sounds like a very bad person. I really don't know what you can do if your parents are not willing to diciplin him and make boundaries. It sounds like he does whatever he wants to. You are going to have to tell your parents, what other choice do you have?
